Richard is a shareholder of Gray Civil and serves as a Senior Project Manager specializing in single family and master planned residential design. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a registered professional engineer in Texas.

Richard’s experience spans from municipal and airport design to his current specialty in single family and master plan design. His work includes projects from Kyle to Jarrell, covering challenges including large scale SCS reservoirs, groundwater supply, and aggressive client timelines. Richard has completed design on some of Austin’s fastest selling communities including Larkspur for Milestone Community Builders and Wildleaf for DR Horton.

Richard participates in recruiting efforts across many Texas university campuses in addition to industry organizations such as RECA, ULI, HBA and ACEA. He enjoys golf, renovating his wine country tour bus, and visiting new cities and countries with his wife, Leigha.
