Scott is a shareholder at Gray Civil and serves as Manager of Construction Services, specializing in oversight, coordination and management of a wide range of construction projects. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Ohio. 

Scott has more than 30 years in construction management that encompasses design and constructability reviews, schedule analysis, bid phase services, contract and project document control, inspection and testing, and project closeout. Scott has performed design oversight and construction management on roadway, water and wastewater, storm water system, treatment plant, public structure and facility, and ADA Right-of-Way Program projects.

As a former president of ACEA, Scott is still active in the organization where he currently serves as chair of the Community Involvement Committee. When not at the office, he enjoys the great outdoors, running, cooking, and traveling with his wife.
