Seth Mearig serves as Gray Civil’s president and CEO. Seth celebrated 20 years in the civil engineering industry in 2024 and is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

With broad expertise in master planned communities, utility and roadway infrastructure, site development, and entitlements, Seth brings a deep passion for land development to his work each day. Seth’s client, team, and public agency relationships drive project success while he seeks to align the many parties required to design and deliver infrastructure in the Central Texas region.

Seth has served as a past ULI Austin Advisory Board member, volunteers on the NCEES Civil Exam Committee (Transportation), and enjoys fishing and boating in Alaska with his wife, Mary, and their three boys.
