Steven is a seasoned professional engineer currently holding the position of shareholder at Gray Civil since 2022 and Project Manager since 2018. Steven graduated in 2014 from the University of Texas at Tyler.

With 9 years of hands-on experience in engineering design, construction, management, and business development, he has honed skills and knowledge to deliver excellence in the Central Texas area. Collaborating with city, county, MUD, TCEQ, LCRA, and TxDOT officials, he strives to provide efficient design solutions.

Steven dedicates his time beyond the professional realm to meaningful causes. Serving as the Vice President of the Utility Infrastructure Committee at Brushy Creek MUD and with the ACEA Community Involvement Committee, he reflects his commitment to fostering positive change in his local area.

Away from design and project meetings, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Macey, and two kids. Exploring the outdoors is a passion, offering a balance to the demands of a dynamic professional life.
