Established in the vibrant heart of Austin near North Lamar Boulevard, Crestview Station is a modern 32 acre infill residential development effectively engineered by Gray Civil. With its attached single-family unit, townhomes, ADU’s and convenient access to the MetroRail commuter train and nearby dynamic cultural hubs, Crestview Station offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and community living that caters to the diverse needs of its residents.

This multi-phase development required Gray to navigate feasibility studies, preliminary plans, final plats, construction drawings, site grading plans, and construction support for multiple phases of development. Crestview Station also required competent expertise for multiple easement vacations, license agreements, and dry utility design coordination. Design criteria for the lots and streets required very close coordination to accommodate grading, driveway slopes, and utilities within this high-density development.
