Harvest Ridge | Brohn Homes

The Harvest Ridge development, expertly master-planned by Gray Civil, is among the most prestigious communities in Elgin, Texas. The design for the neighborhood included many important components of civil engineering along with coordination between governmental review agencies, homebuilders, contractors, MUD engineers, and landscape architects. 

Gray Civil designed seven sections of development for the project, including residential lots from 40 to 60 feet, a large amenitized retention pond, several smaller detention ponds, a divided median variable width main boulevard, grass-lined engineered drainage channels, improvements to FEMA floodplain including floodplain reclamation and FEMA CLOMR/LOMR studies, large multi-box culvert bridge crossings, and wastewater metering.

The resulting neighborhood celebrates the native landscape while offering widespread amenities with everything from event lawns to fishing ponds, and offers a memorable, vibrant lifestyle for its residents.
