Oaks at San Gabriel, located in Georgetown, Texas, is a meticulously master-planned community that combines suburban comfort with scenic surroundings. Spanning over 400 acres along the San Gabriel River, the development is designed to offer a lifestyle centered on family and outdoor activities, with over 100 acres of preserved green space, community parks, and walking trails.

Gray Civil played a key role in the engineering and development of this 12-phase project, consisting of approximately 850 single-family lots. The development features critical infrastructure, including three unique in-line water quality and detention ponds, a lift station, and comprehensive floodplain modeling to ensure effective stormwater management. Additionally, Gray Civil has been the MUD engineer for the development since it was formed in 2008.
