Prairie Lakes | DR Horton

The Prairie Lakes master-planned community in Buda, Texas is a picturesque neighborhood conscientiously engineered by Gray Civil. The community features two serene lakes and is ideally located just off of I-35, offering homeowners access to a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options. Gray Civil expertly navigated the multi-jurisdiction entitlement process and designed six residential sections, totaling more than 850 lots, with seven more sections planned. 

Prairie Lakes will be one of the largest master-planned communities in Hays County and necessitated the formation of two MUDs, 5 miles of offsite utility improvements, a regional lift station, and improvements to TxDOT and County roadways. The expanding neighborhood of Prairie Lakes offers a welcoming and vibrant environment for its residents where nature meets modern living.
