Gray Civil designed more than a dozen residential sections with lots from 40-90 feet, commercial site plans, amenities, utility infrastructure including effluent holding ponds, pumping stations, and one of the region’s most extensive 210 beneficial re-use systems to provide recycled water for landscape irrigation.

Gray Civil provided technical input and entitlement strategy for projects annexing into Lazy Nine MUD 1B, development agreements with the City of Bee Cave, removal of land from the City of Austin and Lakeway ETJs, and countless discussions with Travis County, City of Austin, City of Bee Cave, TCEQ, and LCRA staff. The resulting neighborhood offers residents a tranquil lifestyle with access to hiking trails, a resort style pool, a clubhouse, playgrounds, and sports courts.
