Sage Valley Senior Living is an elegantly designed community nestled in the historic town of Pflugerville, Texas. Gray Civil thoughtfully designed the site plan to accommodate 74,637 square feet of senior living on 10.8 acres near Stone Hill Town Center. 

Gray Civil worked in conjunction with the City of Pflugerville to develop the concept and design for the stormwater detention area, parking, drive routing, and accessible routing. The project is accessed via a private drive maintained by the development community, which allowed the site to be located on otherwise challenging land along a floodplain. The site plan for Sage Valley Senior Living  harmoniously blends modern amenities with the charm of its historic surroundings.
