Colby Harris is a managing partner of Gray Civil and oversees operations. He grew up in Central Texas and is a graduate of the University of Arizona.

Colby has extensive experience in transportation design, managing and delivering a diverse range of civil construction projects, and leading successful business lines.  He specializes in client service and, with his team, has delivered hundreds of millions of dollars of construction in Central Texas. His unique public and private experience provides opportunities for win-win outcomes as development projects interface with local, county, and state agencies.

Colby is actively serving on multiple ACEA committees and coaches his daughter’s various sports teams. He enjoys golf and spending time on Lake LBJ with his wife Jessica and their daughter.
